Our programs include: Parent & Me (3-4), Little Kickers (4-5), Junior I (5-8), Junior II (9-12), Teen Program (13-18), and Adult Program (18+). Each program is designed for the exact developmental stage of that age group.

What should my child wear to their first taekwondo class?

For a first class, comfortable athletic clothing is fine - a t-shirt and sweatpants or shorts work perfectly. Once you join, you'll need to purchase a taekwondo uniform (dobok), which we can help you order at an affordable price.

How does the belt progression system work at FastKick?

Students progress through colored belts (white, yellow, green, blue, red) before reaching black belt. Each level has specific techniques, forms (poomsae), and sparring requirements that must be mastered. Our instructors track progress closely, and belt tests are conducted regularly.
