Children's Privacy (COPPA Notice)
Our contact and booking forms may request limited information about a minor child — specifically the child's name, age, and program of interest — solely for the purpose of scheduling classes and communicating with the child's parent or legal guardian. This information must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
What we collect about a minor: first name, age/grade, and the program they're interested in. We do not collect a minor's email address, phone number, or any other direct contact information — all communication happens through the parent/guardian's contact details provided on the same form.
How we use it: solely to schedule and provide the martial arts instruction and related services requested by the parent/guardian, and to personalize class placement by age/skill level.
Retention: a minor's information is retained only as long as needed to provide our services (i.e., while enrolled, plus a reasonable period for re-enrollment follow-up), and is deleted upon request or after 24 months of inactivity.
Parental rights: as a parent or legal guardian, you may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of your child's information at any time by contacting us at info@ifastkick.com or (973) 759-5425. We will not condition participation in a class on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary.
No third-party sharing or marketing to minors: we do not sell, share, or use a minor's information (name, age) for advertising or marketing purposes. Only the parent/guardian's own contact information may be used for marketing communications, and only with their consent.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Our contact form submissions are processed through FormSubmit.co and delivered directly to our email.
